Role:

The Director of Digital Banking is responsible for the strategic leadership and administration of the organization's digital channels, payments capabilities, and related risk management activities. This role supports operational efficiency and business growth by partnering across business units, technology, operations, compliance, and senior leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Develop and execute digital banking priorities, roadmaps, and transformation initiatives.
Lead digital banking systems, digital payment operations, audits and examinations, due diligence, and business continuity planning.

Oversee online and mobile banking, bill pay, mobile deposit, digital account opening, debit card controls, ACH origination, Treasury Management support, real-time payments, FedNow, and related digital banking services.

Lead the Bank's payments strategy, including the evaluation, implementation, and ongoing oversight of digital payment products, services, and emerging payment technologies. Drive the adoption of innovative payment solutions, including real-time payments, digital wallets, account-to-account payments, and other evolving payment capabilities to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive positioning.

Knowledge and Skills:

Experience

Five years to eight years of similar or related experience.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or related field.

Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is of a personal or sensitive nature. Motivating, influencing, and/or training others is key at this level.
