Director of Crisis Services

We are seeking a Director ofCrisis Services to provide strategic leadership for our well-established, fully staffed, and high-performing crisis services program. This senior leadership role is responsible for ensuring the continued excellence, growth, and sustainability of crisis response services while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and compassionate care.

The Crisis Services Director will work closely with executive leadership, clinical leaders, community partners, and program staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered crisis services. The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strong operational expertise, and a demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain critical relationships with external agencies and stakeholders.

Minimum requirements:

Salary Range: $107,650-$112,400 per year depending on experience. And a $12,500 signing bonus in first paycheck with another $12,500 to be paid at one year of employment! This is a full-time, salaried exempt position.
