Position Title: Director of Communications
A mission-driven education nonprofit in Scottsdale is seeking a senior communications leader to shape its voice across every audience it serves. The organization began as a philanthropic effort, grew into a nonprofit, and has expanded steadily over twenty years by serving educators and school partners first. This position owns the full communications picture, from media relations and brand strategy to internal messaging and digital content, rather than a single slice of it.
The Director will lead a small, experienced team, with the opportunity to grow it by four to five additional hires. The work environment is collaborative, professional, and focused, and many colleagues have been with the organization for a long time. Performance-based annual reviews provide a clear path for recognition and increased earnings.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 / Year DOE
