The Clinical Manager is assigned to support all customers in partnership with the business divisions. Primary responsibilities include management of human resources, quality, clinical, education, and risk processes that support clinicians on assignment.
Responsible for driving the Company to achieve market leadership positioning and surpass business goals and objectives.
Provide leadership for the planning, guiding and implementing of all community giving strategies including both time and monetary commitments.
Develop and manage budgets supporting plans; continually optimize investments based upon rigorous analytics and test and learn best practices.
Communicate strategies and plans with senior leaders and cross functional stakeholders.
The Director of Client Services serves as a key leader responsible for retaining and growing business within their service area. Mentors and leads account team leaders to establish and maintain key relationships, exercising full and extended use of ShiftWise offerings and overseeing and resolving program and system issues.
The support provides working all new demand and enhancement requests to already delivered solutions, will primarily be to analyze business needs, identify and prioritize requirements, and propose solutions and the associated costs and timeline.
Maintain Windows Servers as required by adhering to best practices that are consistent with Microsoft training.
Perform routine system administrative work such as adding new users, changing user access rights, allocating new folders or disk storage areas, monitor log files, and other similar tasks.
