The Senior Director of Recruiting builds on their success and experience as a Director, further leveraging industry knowledge and production expertise to train, coach and develop a larger number of both new and experienced team members, while maintaining their own high production level, ultimately impacting revenue.
Implements sourcing and lead management strategies on behalf of clients using digital and other marketing channels, which includes web, email, job boards, social, and display, PPC and database segmentation.
Develop and deliver presentations aligned with style and branding guidelines to communicate valued solutions to client contacts and decision makers (C-Suite, operational leaders, etc.) to create new revenue streams and/or increase market share.
Leads in the development of the technical solutions, and translating the business needs into technical requirements. Facilitate presentations and briefings of datacenter and cloud infrastructure future technologies with executive leadership.
Work with software engineering teams to design and develop high performance, scalable, and efficient database systems supporting a SaaS product. Provide expert guidance to developers and perform db sizing, performance tuning, scripting, testing and optimization.
To maximize and support Sales and Account Management efforts, candidate must have a strong proficiency in PowerPoint, including presentation development, template conversions and slide editing and clean up
