Responsibilities

  • Lead client retention, churn strategy, and Net Promoter Score (NPS) initiatives.
  • Drive Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) growth through upsell and cross-sell targets for Account Managers.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign ROI, including Cost Per Lead (CPL) and Marketing Cost Against Customer (MCAC).
  • Coach and develop Account Managers on a daily basis to foster their professional growth.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and establish departmental cadences.
  • Act as the final escalation point for client concerns and facilitate root-cause resolution.
