Minimum 5 years' experience in home care services or related field
Familiarity with budgeting processes
Experience managing various levels of staff

Full Job Description
The Director of Operations
will meet the annual financial revenue goals set by the Poydras Home Board of Trustees;
will ensure that Home Care Solutions is providing the highest level of care to the clients who receive non-medical in home care and Aging Life Care Management services;
is responsible for hiring appropriate staff and caregivers to meet the mission of Home Care Solutions;
and is responsible for maintaining the reputation that Home Care Solutions has developed over the last 27 yrs as well as providing the level of service that Poydras Home expects for their clients.
Experience in home care, home health, elder care, and/or hospice is preferred.
Preferred qualifications:
have a minimum of 5 years' experience in home care services or related field,
be familiar with budgeting processes,
have experience managing various levels of staff,
possess the ability to make quick decisions and provide consistent appropriate customer service to the clients of Home Care Solutions, and
have a Masters level education in the Health Care field or Business Management.
