Responsibilities Job Summary:Coordinates all community and physician relations activities, oversees physician outreach and marketing team members while developing a comprehensive internal/external Business Development plan. The dimensions and standards of the plan are designed to build and enhance the services which strengthen relationships within the community, hospital, other healthcare entities, physicians, and their office staff. Opportunities for improvement (OFI) are evaluated and actions plans are put in place to address and resolve challenges/issues. Trains and directs subordinate staff and leaders in obtaining goals and objectives. Coordinates activities within the BD community and serves as a liaison between Executive Team, Medical Staff and the Nursing departments. Responsible for written and oral communication assure the physician/offices are updated on services available within the MMHS. Demonstrates Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, required
- Familiar with BD software and able to pull reports for stats and presentations
- Demonstrated track record in the scope of business development
- Comfortable with presentation to ET and medical staff and BOD as needed
