The Job - Drive New Business & Partnerships: Prospect, pitch, and close new client relationships while building long-term strategic agency and brand partnerships.
- Consultative Selling & Tech Demonstration: Lead discovery conversations to solve client needs using PJX's OOH planning tools, audience insights, measurement capabilities, and programmatic solutions.
- Focused Pipeline Management: Hone your sales cycle-from prospecting and proposals to closing-while leveraging internal planning, buying, and operations teams to build a sustainable book of business.
Who We're Looking For We're looking for a driven, resourceful, and eager teammate with a true passion for OOH media. We want you to be excited about not just selling, but owning your book of business. The ideal candidate brings:
- 5+ years of experience in OOH media, advertising, or related business development roles.
- A proven track record of generating new opportunities paired with a strategic mindset to connect media solutions to broader marketing objectives.
- Established relationships with independent advertising agencies, challenger-level brands, and marketing decision-makers.
- A hunter mentality with the desire, energy, and confidence to prospect, open doors, and create opportunities.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and pipeline management skills to build and sustain long-term client partnerships.
- Familiarity with out-of-home (OOH) media formats, audience targeting, attribution, and media measurement is a plus.

Salary Range: $100,000-$150,000 plus generous commission plan
