The Opportunity:

Innovate and Lead - In this role, you'll be at the forefront of delivering transformative transportation solutions for Ontario's highways. As a Director with our MTO Delivery Team, you'll lead complex design assignments, including major P3 and alternative delivery initiatives, shaping infrastructure that connects communities and drives progress.

Your Impact
  • Deliver end-to-end project management for large-scale MTO highway design projects, ensuring technical excellence and timely delivery.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones, fostering collaboration across engineering disciplines.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $166 600 - $223 800
MB & ON: $152 000 - $212 200
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $150 400 - $202 600
