Full Job Description
Broadridge is seeking a Marketing Technology Enablement Director to bring our MarTech roadmap to life. Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing Technology, Operations and Analytics, this leader will establish the program management and enablement practices needed to translate technology, data, and analytics priorities into scalable capabilities that deliver measurable business value. The Director will serve as a strategic connector among marketing stakeholders, platform owners, vendors, and delivery teams. This individual will understand business objectives and work closely with stakeholders and functional partners to convert them into clearly defined, coordinated initiatives that are prioritized, launched and successfully adopted.   Responsibilities: Delivery Operations & Program Coordination: 3 Partner with platform owners to translate approved roadmap priorities and business objectives into actionable program plans, delivery requirements, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness activities. 3 Operate a consistent intake, assessment, and planning process for marketing technology requests; prepare recommendations and delivery considerations to support prioritization decisions. 3 Partner with marketing stakeholders, platform owners, and technology and data teams to define business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures. 3 Coordinate cross-functional delivery activities from planning through testing and launch, maintaining visibility into progress, decisions, risks, dependencies, and critical-path actions. 3 Coordinate post-launch support, capturing issues, user feedback, and improvement opportunities for platform and delivery teams. 3 Support vendor and implementation-partner coordination by tracking commitments, dependencies, decisions, and deliverables against agreed plans. Enablement, Adoption & Insights Activation: 3 Partner with marketing stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and support the design of campaigns that incorporate technology, workflow, data, and insights capabilities to improve efficiency and marketing performance. 3 Design and deliver engaging adoption experiences that help teams confidently embrace new platforms, workflows, data products, reporting capabilities, and governance practices. 3 Partner with marketing, data, and analytics teams to translate reports, metrics, dashboards, and self-service capabilities into clear, relevant use cases that support better marketing decisions. 3 Champion data and analytics literacy across marketing, helping teams understand available metrics, interpret insights in context, and apply them appropriately to planning and performance decisions 3 Establish feedback loops that surface user-needs, pain points, ideas, and enhancement opportunities, routing insights into the appropriate intake and planning processes. 3 Track and share adoption and value indicatorsincluding active usage, feature adoption and license utilizationto monitor progress and target additional support where it will have the greatest impact. 3 Continuously evolve enablement experiences, community engagement, launch practices, and adoption approaches based on user feedback and usage insights. Qualifications: 3 Minimum 5 years of experience in technology program management, marketing technology enablement, or a related field, including experience coordinating complex, cross-functional technology initiatives. 3 Experience supporting the delivery and adoption of marketing technology platforms and capabilities, such as marketing automation, content management, workflow, digital activation, reporting, data, and analytics solutions. 3 Experience translating business needs into clear requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, implementation plans, and success measures in partnership with business and technical teams. 3 Experience coordinating initiatives through planning, design, development, user acceptance testing, launch readiness, deployment, and post-launch support. 3 Experience building, delivering and measuring engaging enablement and change-management experiences for business users, including hands-on learning, live demos, role-based onboarding, office hours, peer learning, and in-the-flow support. 3 Experience enabling business users to adopt and apply reporting, dashboards, analytics, or self-service data capabilities, with an ability to make data and insights accessible and actionable for non-technical audiences. 3 Working knowledge of program and project delivery methodologies, including Agile and waterfall approaches, with the ability to apply the right level of structure to the work. 3 Strong facilitation, stakeholder communication, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to make complex technology topics understandable and actionable. 3 Demonstrated ability to build trusted partnerships, influence and align stakeholders across functions, and maintain momentum across competing priorities.   Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $165,000 - $175,000 USD. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
