Job Description:
We are seeking a Director, Marketing Operations Transformation to lead the strategy, optimization, and global scaling of marketing workflows, systems, and processes. This role will be accountable for building and evolving a best-in-class marketing operations function that enables efficient, high-quality campaign execution across a complex, multi-market environment.

This leader will bring deep expertise in marketing operations, strong hands-on experience with Workfront (or similar platforms), and a continuous improvement mindset to drive workflow transformation, global standardization, and tool adoption at scale. Program management capabilities will be critical to ensure disciplined execution and delivery across global initiatives.

This position will report to the SVP HRIS & Business Transformation. The role will be based in our New York office and requires regular in-office presence five days per week.

Essential Functions:
Define and lead the marketing operations strategy, including intake, workflow design, campaign execution processes, and governance models. Establish standardized processes that balance global consistency with local market flexibility.
Partner with Connected Capabilities teams to streamline operations, improve speed-to-market, and enhance cross-functional effectiveness.
Lead the global rollout and scaling of Workfront (or similar work management platform) across regions, brands, and functions.
Oversee change management, training, and enablement strategies to ensure adoption and effective utilization globally.
Own the continuous improvement roadmap for Workfront, including enhancements, releases, and optimization initiatives.
Analyze system usage, performance metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for efficiency gains and process simplification. Establish KPIs to measure operational performance, efficiency, and marketing output quality.
Ensure alignment across global stakeholders and delivery against timelines and objectives.
Implement structured program management practices to manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
Drive strong alignment across marketing, technology, and operations to ensure seamless execution across global teams.
Champion a continuous improvement culture across marketing operations, identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance productivity.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve the marketing operations ecosystem.
Serve as a strategic partner to senior marketing, operations, and technology leadership, providing insights and recommendations that enhance business outcomes.

Education, Skills and Experience Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing program management, or related field.
Proven experience leading Workfront (or similar tool) implementation, optimization, and global rollout initiatives.
Strong experience within a marketing, advertising, media, or agency environment preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in designing and scaling marketing workflows, intake processes, and operational frameworks.
Solid program management capabilities applied to large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; strong influencer and collaborator across global teams and functions.
Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into operational execution.
Data-driven decision makers with strong problem-solving skills.
New York City office-based role with onsite collaboration required.

$190,000 - $215,000 USD
