POSITION SUMMARY

The Director Marketing Analytics is responsible for marketing campaign segmentation for predictive modeling, test-and-learn experimentation, and marketing analytics that inform acquisition, retention, and pipeline performance. This person brings a strong marketing background paired with hands-on data science depth, and partners closely with the Director, Marketing Analytics – Campaign Strategy to translate models and experiment results into campaign execution. This person will possess a unique blend of business ownership, marketing analytics, leadership, agility, and communication skills and will have a passion for data, metrics, and experimentation

DESCRIPTION

Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities

  • Performs data analytics to generate insights for enhancing marketing and volume. Will also create visualization of the insights and report through various tools like Tableau.

  • Actively monitor, analyze and report on the health of marketing contribution to pipeline, customer acquisition and penetration.

  • Evaluate and recommend data science tooling, platforms, and infrastructure to support scalable modeling and experimentation.

  • Design, build, and maintain predictive and machine learning models (propensity, attrition, response, attribution) that drive marketing acquisition, retention, and pipeline decisioning.

  • Own the marketing experimentation function: design, execute, and govern A/B and multivariate tests, ensuring statistical rigor and clear go/no-go recommendations.

  • Partner with the Director, Marketing Analytics – Campaign Strategy to operationalize model outputs and test results into campaign segmentation, contact strategy, and dialer execution.

  • Constantly drive process excellence to ensure legal, regulatory compliance.

  • Drive strategic initiative across organization for multiple business units.

  • Perform personnel managerial duties such as goal setting and tracking, performance monitoring and coaching, ensuring associate engagement, and other typical managerial duties.

  • Performs related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 8+ years’ experience in related field.

  • 3+ years’ prior supervisory experience.

  • Demonstrated experience building predictive/ML models and leading structured experimentation (A/B, multivariate) in a marketing context

Skills, Abilities, and Knowledge

  • Ability to think strategically but also have exceptional attention to detail in execution.

  • Ability and willingness to be a hands-on leader.

  • Results-driven with very strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness.

  • Proficiency with statistical and modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and experimentation platforms.

  • Must have budget management experience and financial analysis skills.

  • Excellence in organization and planning.

  • Strong team player with ability to develop effective working relationships across organization: Finance, Loan servicing, Sales, Operations, IT.

  • Ability to collaborate with team members to achieve results

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Working on-site at assigned office location.

  • Regular and punctual attendance adhering to schedule established by leadership.

  • Flexibility to work occasional adjusted work schedules, overtime, and evening and/or weekend hours to meet deadlines or as business needs demand.

  • Working in a cubicle hub, maintaining focus on phone calls in a noisy environment within earshot of multiple other conversations.

  • Sedentary work in a stationary position at a cubicle for prolonged periods of time.

  • Constant repetitive motions required for operating a computer, such as typing and managing phone calls.

  • Constantly communicating effectively verbally in English, including accurately exchanging information with others following identification of correct procedures.
