Full Job Description
Financial Aid and Student Accounts Director level consultants. We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 5 years of recent, Director-level management and leadership experience in a dynamic, fast-paced Financial Aid Office or Student Accounts/Bursar Office. Prior financial aid consulting experience is a plus, but not mandatory. Candidates must be available full time, and priority will be given to those who have flexibility for travel. Consultants must be able to fill interim Director level positions for a diverse group of schools, with direct knowledge of complex compliance issues. Candidates must demonstrate competency, be well-versed in the administration of Financial Aid Programs, and able to manage responsibilities in both strategic and functional capacities. Strong skillsets in Banner, Colleague, PowerFAIDS, Peoplesoft, Jenzabar, or other Student Information Systems, including Department of Education software is required. Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage staff and office needs independently, and in a mostly remote capacity. Candidates must also have the ability to communicate complex compliance issues and other important issues to other departments in a college or University setting, including Executives. Contracted assignments can be short or long-term and may include travel. Hours can vary by assignment.
