OverviewThe Director, Strategy & Analytics will help Onefluential LUXE turn creator, social, and campaign performance data into clear insights that support smarter decisions for the division and its brands. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys finding the story in the numbers, translating reporting into practical recommendations, and helping teams understand where to focus next.
You'll partner with the Onefluential LUXE Division Lead, LUXE CDMO, brand teams, and internal strategy, creator, creative, and reporting partners to connect creator performance to brand priorities, business KPIs, and future planning.
This is a collaborative, insight-led role focused on analytics, measurement storytelling, and strategic support for creator programs across the LUXE portfolio.
Responsibilities- Translate campaign, creator, social, and reporting data into clear insights, recommendations, and executive-ready narratives for the LUXE division and brand teams.
- Connect creator program performance to brand objectives and KPIs, including awareness, engagement, consideration, conversion, content effectiveness, and audience signals.
- Partner with Data & Reporting teams to interpret dashboards, reporting outputs, campaign results, and measurement frameworks.
- Work with strategy, creator, creative, and client leads to identify performance patterns, optimization opportunities, and learnings that inform future planning.
- Support division-level needs such as quarterly learnings, brand comparisons, program benchmarks, category observations, and special analytics projects.
- Mentor team members by helping them strengthen analytical thinking, data storytelling, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in strategy and data analytics, ideally with exposure to beauty, luxury, lifestyle, and/or consumer brands.
- Experience working with marketing, social, creator, influencer, or campaign performance data and translating findings into clear recommendations.
- Strong data storytelling, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights for executive, client, and cross-functional audiences.
- Familiarity with creator and social platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels, plus an understanding of how creator marketing supports broader brand goals.
- Comfort working with dashboards, reporting tools, spreadsheets, or analytics and creator platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Sprinklr, CreatorIQ, Traackr, Captiv8, or similar tools.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, especially when connecting multiple reporting inputs into one clear narrative.
- Experience in beauty, luxury, prestige, or lifestyle categories is helpful, but curiosity and the ability to learn the category deeply are just as important.
- People management or mentorship experience is important, especially if you enjoy helping others build confidence in analytical thinking and storytelling.

Compensation Range: USD $130,000.00 - USD $150,000.00/Annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
