Full Job Description
The Role:

We are looking for a Director, Infrastructure who will lead the strategic planning, development, and management of the company's IT infrastructure. This role involves overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of systems and networks that support the organization's operations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure management and a strong track record of leadership in a dynamic, technology-driven environment. This is a remote position that requires regular availability during Eastern Time business hours to support effective collaboration across the team.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the company's IT infrastructure to support current and future business needs.
  • Lead and manage the infrastructure team, providing direction, mentorship, and professional development.

The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $180,000 - $200,000. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our robust medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other benefit plans. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/certifications or training.
