Job Overview
The Director of Individual Giving is a strategic leadership position responsible for designing, integrating, and growing the individual annual giving program. The Director provides strategic oversight while managing a portfolio of leadership annual gift prospects in the $1,000 6,999 range and ensuring a seamless donor journey from first-time donor to leadership donor.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required.
Minimum of 7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, of which 3 years is direct, face-to-face leadership annual giving solicitation experience required.
Proven experience with the direct management of fundraising programs, with an emphasis on annual fund, and achieving fundraising revenue targets.
Management of successful multi-channel fundraising campaigns is required.
Experience leading a team and mentoring individual contributors.
Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.
Compensation
$124,517.10 - $155,646.40 annually
