Full Job Description
Strategic Business Partnership
  • Serve as the primary HR advisor to executive and senior business leaders.
  • Translate business goals into integrated workforce and talent strategies.
  • Advise leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, culture, and workforce planning.
  • Utilize workforce analytics and business insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Talent Strategy & Leadership Development
  • Lead talent review, succession planning, and leadership assessment processes.
  • Partner with leaders to develop succession pipelines for critical roles.
  • Drive performance management, development planning, and leadership capability initiatives.
  • Facilitate talent calibration discussions and organizational talent planning.

Organizational Effectiveness & Change Leadership
  • Support business transformations, organizational redesigns, restructures, and workforce changes.
  • Develop and execute change management and communication strategies.
  • Partner with leaders to improve organizational health, engagement, and productivity.
  • Coach leaders through organizational and people-related challenges.


Workforce Planning & Business Performance
  • Partner with business leaders to assess future workforce needs and capability gaps.
  • Provide strategic recommendations regarding staffing models, resource optimization, and organizational structure.
  • Monitor key talent metrics including retention, engagement, succession readiness, and leadership effectiveness.
  • Support enterprise initiatives that improve workforce productivity and performance.


HR Leadership & Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Talent Management, Employee Relations, HR Operations, and HRIS teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Serve as a catalyst for continuous improvement and innovation in HR practices.
  • Ensure consistency in HR programs, policies, and employee experience across the business.
  • Champion digital enablement, process improvement, and data-driven decision making.


Pay Range:

This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
