Bartlett Regional Hospital is searching for aDirector to join our Home Health and Hospice team!
Pay Information:
Internal Offers: Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based on applicable Personnel Rules or Union Contract terms.
External Offers: This position starts at $147,305.60 annually. Step placement and rate of pay will be determined based upon relevant experience.

Job Summary:
The Director provides strategic, operational, and clinical leadership for the Hospice and Home Health departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care across home-based service lines. Responsible for program oversight, regulatory compliance, financial performance, workforce management, quality improvement, and program development. Collaborates with physicians, clinical leaders, community partners, and executive leadership to promote safe, compassionate, and effective care while advancing organizational goals and supporting patients and families throughout their healthcare journey.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education: N/A
Experience Preferred: Five (5) years' standard-level licensed experience in applicable department (Ex: Registered Nurse, BH Clinician). Two (2) years of supervisory, management, or charge experience
License(s): Current State of Alaska Registered Nursing License
Substitution(s): Master's in Healthcare Administration and previous experience in specialty area
