About the Role

This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of Marketing, Sales, and Technology. You'll manage SmartSource's growth and account-based marketing strategy while helping define how we generate demand, engage customers, leverage AI to automate workflows, and measure success. This is a hybrid, full-time role, with 3 days expected in the office.

If you enjoy building programs, experimenting with new technologies, partnering closely with Sales, and using data to drive decisions, this is an opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What You'll Do

Strategy & Growth

  • Own and evolve SmartSource's account-based growth strategy across priority industries and enterprise accounts.
  • Partner with Sales to define ICPs, target accounts, account plans, and revenue priorities.
  • Develop quarterly growth plans, an ABM calendar, and executive KPI dashboards.


Campaign Development

  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns with relevant content across email, paid media, and digital channels.
  • Create campaign audiences in ZoomInfo, manage lead scoring, and optimize marketing-to-sales handoffs.
  • Leverage AI-powered marketing and sales tools to improve research, personalization, content creation, and campaign execution. Continuously evaluate and implement emerging AI capabilities that improve marketing effectiveness and sales productivity.


Revenue Systems

  • Lead the adoption and optimization of HubSpot as SmartSource's marketing platform.
  • Build AI-powered workflows, dashboards, automations, and lightweight internal tools using AI-assisted development platforms.
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies and rapidly prototype solutions that improve productivity and customer engagement.


Sales Enablement & Performance

  • Equip Sales with messaging, account intelligence, and tailored content that improve engagement and conversion.
  • Track marketing's contribution to pipeline, revenue, and ROI, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
  • Lead regular optimization reviews with Sales to continuously improve results.


What You Bring

  • 5+ years of B2B growth marketing, ABM, demand generation, or revenue marketing experience.
  • Hands-on experience using generative AI to improve marketing effectiveness, workflow automation, and business productivity.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Bolt, Replit, Lovable, or similar) to build automations, prototypes, dashboards, or internal tools.
  • Proven success partnering with Sales to drive measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Outreach, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, project management, and leadership skills with a builder's mindset.
