THE ROLE Director, Global Social MediaThe Director of Social is a strategic operator and player-coach who treats organic social as a performance function, not a publishing function. This person will own the vision, strategy, team, and operating cadence for Quince's organic social channels, and will be energized rather than intimidated by weekly attribution to business outcomes. They have scaled social for a high-growth consumer brand, they know exactly what drives performance by platform, and they have the taste and judgment to raise the creative bar directly rather than only through delegation.
This is a builder's role. It is not a fit for someone who wants to inherit a finished playbook, manage from altitude, or measure success in impressions. The right candidate reads that as the pitch.
