Director, FP&AImpact and OpportunityThe Director, FP&A - Is a strategic finance leader responsible for P&L supervision, forecast integrity, and business insights that support the growth and profitability of Gentherm Technologies. The role consolidates the outlook while operating within Gentherm's global finance model and partnering closely with Operations Finance, Sales Finance, Plants, Logistics, Procurement Finance, Program Management, Accounting, and business leadership.
The Director leads the planning and performance-management process by coordinating cross-functional inputs, pressure testing assumptions, and challenging forecasts provided by the global functions and business teams. The role ensures that revenue, volume, mix, foreign exchange, inventory, pricing, tariff recovery, tariff mitigation, and operating assumptions are aligned, supported, and translated into a complete regional financial outlook.
The Director is the integrator of the consolidated P&L.
