Full Job Description
The Director FP&A leads multiple teams headed by Finance managers in the execution of financial reporting, analysis, and recommendations for long-range planning and forecasting within the CSE region. Develops Financial Planning & Analysis standards and operational plans to provide financial analysis, insight, research, and forecasts. Conducts briefings with senior executive leaders using detailed analysis and reporting metrics on economic, business, and financial developments.
Job Description
• Establishes strategies for financial analysis, insight, research and forecasts to support long-term financial goals and strategic decisions of the organization.
• Directs financial reporting, analysis and formulation of recommendations for long-range planning and forecasting.
• Conducts briefings with senior executive leaders using detailed analysis and reporting metrics on economic, business and financial developments.
• Oversees global consolidation and analysis of financial forecasts, business plans and internal and external financial reporting.
• Directs and monitors budget and policy recommendations to support operational results.
• Provides guidance to sales, pricing and operations management to reduce inefficiencies, control investments and expand margins.
• Provides technical subject matter expertise to senior leaders in multiple financial disciplines.
• Guides organization to perform financial practices in compliance with regulatory requirements, laws and standards related to all financial planning areas of responsibility.
• Leads and supports complex projects by supervising financial, economic, cost, forecasting, and operations modeling and analysis.
Minimum Requirements
• Requires advanced business knowledge, general management and leadership capability to lead
• Business or functional teams.
• University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience
Vergütungsspanne

Faktoren, die die Vergütung innerhalb dieser Gehaltsspanne beeinflussen können, sind unter anderem Qualifikationen, Ausbildung, Berufserfahrung, die Anwendbarkeit eines Tarifvertrags (CLA), die marktübliche Vergütung für die Position sowie weitere besondere Qualifikationen der erfolgreichen Kandidatin bzw. des erfolgreichen Kandidaten.
