FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR

Piedmont Driving Club | Main Clubhouse |$110,000-120,000

THE OPPORTUNITY

Piedmont Driving Club is seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Director to elevate service standards through focused staff training, accountability measures, and an unwavering commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience.

Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Minimum 7-10 years of progressive food and beverage leadership experience.
  • Proven success leading multi-outlet food and beverage operations.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and cost controls.
  • Extensive knowledge of food, wine, spirits, cocktail programs, and elevated service standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours during Club events and peak operational periods.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Private club, luxury hospitality, resort, or high-end lifestyle hospitality experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Advanced beverage certifications, sommelier training, or equivalent beverage education.
  • Experience with hospitality technology platforms and point-of-sale systems.

Certifications
  • ServSafe Food Manager Certification.
  • ServSafe Alcohol Certification.
  • Additional beverage certifications preferred.
