Our Team, Your Impact
The Director, Finance - US Biosimilars is a strategic finance leader responsible for partnering with the US Biosimilars business to drive profitable growth, support portfolio strategy, and deliver financial insights that enable executive decision-making. This role serves as the primary finance business partner to Commercial, Market Access, Portfolio, Supply Chain, and Analytics teams, providing leadership across forecasting, long-range planning, pricing and contracting evaluations, gross-to-net (GTN) analysis, and business performance management.
The successful candidate will combine strong financial acumen with strategic thinking and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a highly competitive and rapidly evolving biosimilars marketplace.

How You'll Spend Your Day
• Serve as the lead finance partner for the US Biosimilars business.
• Support commercial strategy, new product launches, portfolio optimization, and business development initiatives.
• Provide financial guidance to senior leaders regarding market opportunities, competitive dynamics, pricing actions, and investment decisions.
• Translate market and portfolio insights into actionable financial recommendations.
• Lead annual budget, rolling forecasts, long-range planning (LRP), and monthly business performance reviews.
• Develop revenue, profitability, and cash flow forecasts for the biosimilars portfolio.
• Identify risks and opportunities and recommend mitigation plans to achieve financial commitments.
• Deliver executive-level reporting and insights to Finance and Commercial leadership.
• Partner with Revenue Accounting, Market Access, and Contracting teams to assess pricing strategies and rebate programs.
• Oversee biosimilars revenue forecasting, GTN assumptions, and net sales projections.
• Evaluate contracting opportunities and customer economics to optimize profitability and market share.
• Develop business cases for biosimilar launches and lifecycle opportunities.
• Support launch readiness activities, including demand forecasts, profitability assessments, and investment recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with Commercial, Market Access, Portfolio Management, Supply Chain, and Business Intelligence teams.
• Drive alignment across stakeholders by providing clear financial frameworks and decision support.
• Lead and influence discussions with senior executives and cross-functional governance committees.
• Advance forecasting capabilities through data analytics, automation, and planning tools.
• Support digital finance initiatives leveraging SAP, SAC, IBP, AI-enabled forecasting, and business intelligence platforms.
• Enhance financial reporting processes and decision-support tools.

Your Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• MBA, CPA, CFA, or other advanced finance qualification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Finance/FP&A experience.
• Significant experience supporting commercial organizations within pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, biosimilars, or healthcare industries.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, financial modeling, pricing, profitability analysis, and performance management.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in a matrix environment.
• Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and executive presentation skills.

Also Good to Have
• Experience supporting biosimilars, specialty pharmaceuticals, or branded pharmaceutical businesses.
• Knowledge of market access, contracting, reimbursement, and gross-to-net processes.
• Experience with SAP, SAC, Power BI, IBP, or similar analytical tools.
• Track record of leading cross-functional strategic initiatives and organizational transformation efforts.

Salary Range

The annual starting salary for this position is between $163,040 - 203,800 annually. Factors which may affect starting salary within this range and level of role may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
