Summary:The Director of Financial Planning and Analytics is responsible for overseeing financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis across Broward Health. This role provides financial direction, coordination, and control through the development and implementation of a comprehensive financial program to ensure organizational viability. The role leads the development of annual budgets, long-term financial plans, and forecasting processes while delivering strategic insights to support executive decision-making. The Director monitors financial performance, aligns financial plans with business objectives, and collaborates with senior leadership to drive organizational strategy.
Education:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Healthcare Administration required.
- MBA preferred.
Experience:- Seven years of related experience required including management experience.
- Hospital experience strongly preferred.
Credentials:- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
