The Director of Deal Analytics leads the end-to-end data analytics process for mergers and acquisitions, providing strategic insights that support deal evaluation, financial reporting, and operational decision-making. This role collaborates with deal teams to analyze complex datasets, develop financial models, and identify growth opportunities through advanced analytics tools such as SQL and Tableau. Strong leadership, financial acumen, and technical expertise are essential to drive data-informed strategies and support client success.
Job Responsibilities
- Leads and manages complex analytics and transaction engagements across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
- Develops and delivers engagement approaches that meet client objectives and support high-quality outcomes.
- Provides strategic insight to clients related to transaction evaluation, execution, and value creation.
- Leads, mentors, and develops engagement teams while fostering a collaborative culture.
- Supports business development efforts and enhances go-to-market strategies.
- Builds and maintains strong client relationships across private equity and corporate clients.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 9+ years of experience.
- Proven experience leading teams and managing complex engagements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Big Four or similar consulting background.
- Experience serving private equity clients.
- Demonstrated success building and growing advisory practices.

The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.
Compensation Range: $130,000 - $238,700
Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
