Job DescriptionRAC is seeking an experienced
Cyber Security Director to lead and continuously strengthen our global cybersecurity program. This strategic leadership role is responsible for cybersecurity strategy, security operations, incident response, governance, risk management, compliance, and security awareness across our global operations. The Director will protect RAC's people, data, systems, cloud environments, and farming operations while driving a culture of security and innovation.
Pay Scale: $200,000-$230,000
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities- Defineand execute RAC's cybersecurity strategy, policies, and security roadmap.
- Leadsecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and threatmitigation initiatives.
- AdvanceZero Trust architecture and strengthen enterprise security controls.
- Ensurecompliance with cybersecurity, audit, regulatory, and data privacyrequirements.
- Partnerwith business and technology leaders to reduce cyber risk and securely enablenew technologies.
- Leadand develop global cybersecurity, network, and cloud infrastructure teams.
- Managecybersecurity budgets, vendors, and managed security service providers.
- Serveas a trusted advisor to executive leadership and audit committees on cyber riskand security priorities.
QualificationsWho Are We Looking For?- Bachelor'sdegree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
- 15+years of cybersecurity experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Strongexpertise in NIST, CIS Controls, ISO 27001, Zero Trust, IAM, cloud, network,and endpoint security.
- Experienceleading incident response, security operations, audits, and complianceprograms.
- Provenability to communicate cybersecurity risks and strategies to executiveaudiences.
- Experiencein global organizations and agricultural, manufacturing, or operationaltechnology environments is a plus.
- CISSP,CISM, CISA, CCSP, or similar certifications preferred.
- BilingualEnglish/Spanish preferred.
