Full Job Description
Position Summary

The Director, Corporate Partnerships maximizes sales and profitability within the ocular strategic Corporate Account Team, Health Systems, GPOs and Ophthalmic Private Equity backed organizations. The incumbent will establish, advance and maintain relationships with executive level decision makers and design, communicate, and deliver customized value-added programs to strategic corporate accounts including management of RFI/RFP process. The DCP will focus on driving revenue growth and product adoption by partnering with sales leadership and local representation to deliver strategic pull through. This remote position must be located near a major metropolitan area and airport.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Determine and prioritize opportunities and risks to drive growth within strategic partners.
  • Work with Market Access leadership, sales management, marketing management and in-house staff to identify and create customized value-adds, solutions and value proposition deliverables that drive accelerated growth
  • Work with sales management and marketing to establish pricing, margin, gap analysis contract and sales proposals for strategic accounts.
  • Facilitate team responses to health system customer RFI/RFPs.
  • Present Quarterly Business Reviews and communicate BioTissue's Value Propositions to top tier strategic accounts (management and executive level decision makers).
  • Communicate and liaison with Regional Sales Directors, Sales Leadership and customer field implementation teams (Marketing, PIMs, MSLs, etc) in order to align efforts.
  • Manage and document the contract renewal process for BioTissue's expiring local pricing agreements to maximize ASP.
  • Represent the team at related conventions, trade shows and seminars, including some weekends
  • Adhere to, and ensure compliance of, BioTissue's code of conduct, all Company policies, rules, procedures and housekeeping standards.


Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree required. Advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years successful outside sales experience, preferably with some work in the Ophthalmic space
  • Minimum 2 years of key account, national accounts or strategic account management, ideally in the Ocular market
  • Sales, corporate accounts or similar team management/leadership preferred
  • Proven ability and experience working with, and through, cross functional teams.
  • Proven ability to present materials to senior/executive level persons.
  • Proficient in presentation creation, financial analysis, specifically focusing on Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%.
