The successful candidate brings deep Commercial Card industry experience, ideally gained across multiple issuers or payment organizations, and can influence senior stakeholders, lead cross-functional delivery, and communicate complex product matters clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Define and maintain the Commercial Card product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives, market opportunities, and evolving client needs.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, business case development, requirements, pricing, positioning, launch, implementation, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct market, competitor, client, and industry research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, unmet needs, and areas of product or process differentiation.

• Partner with Sales, Technology, Risk, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external providers to deliver product initiatives and resolve complex business or client challenges.
• Build effective relationships with key corporate clients and distribution partners to gather insight, validate priorities, and ensure client needs are reflected in product decisions.
• Develop product positioning, sales enablement materials, and training that help attract, deepen, and retain corporate client relationships.
• Monitor product performance using key measures such as card usage, transaction volume, revenue, profitability, client adoption, and customer experience; use findings to adjust strategy and investment priorities.
• Identify, assess, and manage product, operational, regulatory, credit, and payment-related risks in alignment with the organization's risk appetite and control standards.
• Design and improve end-to-end product processes, including development, implementation, usage, reporting, feedback, and ongoing governance.
• Lead structured problem-solving and decision-making sessions with internal partners, vendors, and other stakeholders to advance initiatives and address delivery barriers.
• Prepare and present product reviews, forecasts, strategic recommendations, investment needs, risks, and decisions to senior management.
• Maintain current knowledge of Commercial Card, payments, digital tools, regulatory developments, and competitor activity, and apply that knowledge to the product portfolio.
Skills and Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of Commercial Card product management experience, with strong knowledge of corporate payment solutions, processing, credit risk, regulatory requirements, and industry operating practices.
• Demonstrated experience developing product strategies, managing roadmaps, and leading initiatives from concept through implementation and post-launch optimization.
• Proven ability to identify market opportunities, build business cases, establish priorities, and contribute to the strategic direction of a product management function.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen, including the ability to interpret product performance, customer behavior, market data, and reporting to make evidence-based decisions.
• Knowledge of current and emerging Commercial Card, payments, digital technology, market, and competitor trends.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and corporate client-facing communication skills, including the ability to explain technical or complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influencing skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and working effectively with senior leaders, clients, and external partners.
• Demonstrated strategic thinking, sound judgment, structured problem-solving, and the ability to balance client value, growth, risk, and delivery considerations.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and consistently produce high-quality work.
• Advanced ability to plan, lead, implement, and evaluate product initiatives while maintaining clear accountability for outcomes.
