Job Description:Your role is to direct a significant portion of the campaign impact analytics work for a premier beverage client who markets a portfolio of brands. This entails building, scaling and elevating a holistic, multi-channel approach to campaign impact measurement and coaching the managers responsible for deliverables on each brand team. You will report directly to the Group Director, Growth Analytics who oversees all aspects of this beverage client.
Responsibilities- Development of client-specific measurement plans
- Manage the outputs of day-to-day requirements and workflow as it relates to campaign impact analytics
- Responsible for the quality and actionability of campaign reports, particularly the insights and recommendations that your direct reports present to the client.
- Own and present select muti-brand, portfolio-level projects to client senior media leadership
- Keep client apprised of emerging measurement methodologies. Provide research vendor POVs, selection and RFPs, as appropriate
- Responsible for the management and training of the Growth Analytics team in media analytics fundamentals and tools.
- Responsible for the best practice application of analytics approach and benchmarks
- Collaborate internally with other Initiative craft leads to ensure a data driven approach to Strategy, Communications Design and Partnerships.
- Work with Initiative account management and client operations to identify opportunities to better support client needs
- Contribute to new business as required
Budgeted Salary - $160,000
Omnicom's policy requires employees to work in the office for a minimum of three days a week, unless additional in-office days are directed by their agency or manager. Our objective is to increase this requirement over time, and many of our agencies as well as Omnicom's corporate group already require five days of in-office attendance.
