Job Overview

The Business Development Director will assist the business development efforts and support a sales culture for Skanska. This position will be tasked with supporting the business development plan to reach and establish relationships with high level clients, stakeholders and community partners in the markets we serve. As an extension of the local teams, this position will collaborate and work closely with the business development team, account managers, operations leaders, preconstruction, and senior management.

 

 Business Development Director Required Qualifications:

      • 8+ years related experience in business development, operations or management experience;
      • Must have previous working knowledge of the CM/GC or AE business market;
      • Minimum 3 years proven experience working on/managing multiple projects simultaneously;
      • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 10 years prior relevant experience.
