Direct Primary Care NURSE PRACTITIONER-CRNP OR PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT

Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Johns Hopkins Direct Primary Care clinic located in Columbia, Maryland. The Johns Hopkins Direct Primary Care program offers personalized care to the Johns Hopkins Health System's employees and their spouses and dependents 18 years and older, providing comprehensive-relationship-based primary care to a defined panel of members, typically 1,000 patients or less. Members receive same-day or next-day visits, longer appointments and direct access by phone, messaging via the MyChart portal, and virtual visits. This is a team-based approach, and the clinician will work alongside the office medical director of the clinic, carrying his/her/they own patient panel. The providers of the clinic will provide 24/7 call to their patient members.

Requirements:

• CRNP or Physician Assistant License in the State of Maryland required
• CPR Certification required
• 3 years' experience preferred
