Spring Mountain Treatment Center is currently seeking a dynamic professional to join our team as a Human Resources Director. The Human Resources Director provides strategic leadership for all aspects of human resources, ensuring the effective development and execution of workforce strategies, HR programs, policies, and practices. Serving as a trusted business partner to organizational leaders, this role drives talent acquisition, employee relations, leadership coaching, performance management, employee engagement, and workforce development initiatives. The Human Resources Director fosters a positive workplace culture, supports organizational goals, and ensures compliance with employment laws and company policies while leading all core HR functions.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: - Lead and execute the organization's human resources strategy in alignment with business objectives.
- Partner with executive and department leaders to provide strategic HR guidance and workforce planning support.
- Oversee full-cycle talent acquisition, including recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs that promote a positive and productive workplace culture.
- Provide guidance and support on employee relations matters, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
- Coach and advise managers on performance management, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and recognition programs to support employee attraction and retention.
- Lead organizational development, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Manage HR systems, records, and reporting to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and regulatory compliance.
- Performs other duties as assigned/required by this position.

Qualifications Requirements: - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's Degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in a healthcare or multi-site environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in employee relations, talent acquisition, compliance and organizational development.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and change management skills.
- Ability to engage with patients and team members in a Trauma Informed Care therapeutic approach.
- New hires are required to attend one (1) full week of New Employee Orientation on day shift, normally 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Monday through Friday.
- Must successfully pass background check (includes criminal history, Child Abuse and Neglect Registry, and ABI/FBI fingerprint check.
- Must successfully complete RQI BLS training and obtain required BLS certification.
