  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the Controls Service Agreement base to target prospects effectively.
  • Conduct facility walkthroughs and review construction plans to assess project requirements.
  • Determine HVAC system design and installation needs to meet customer specifications.
  • Develop an account-specific business plan to enhance long-term partnerships and support.
  • Achieve or surpass established gross margin targets.
  • Travel to customer job sites, which may involve outdoor conditions and mechanical settings.

Full Job Description
Where is the work:
Prioritize engaging with customers. When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in your office.

What you will do:
  • Link our Digital Services offerings with our Customer for Life strategy. Identify potential opportunities with existing and new customers.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of Controls Service Agreement base; quantify and target opportunities based on deep customer knowledge.
  • Gather and validate preliminary information and perform facility walkthrough, construction plan review or other requirements.
  • Determine project needs, constraints, and responsibilities to meet all of the customer's HVAC system design and installation requirements.
  • Develop and execute an account specific business plan to identify the long-term, mutual support requirements required to facilitate a strong, profitable and successful partnership.
  • Meet or exceed gross margin requirements.
  • Travel to customer job sites is required, which may include outdoor work and/or work in mechanical/equipment rooms. During the site visits, the employee may be exposed to variable weather conditions; moving mechanical parts; heights, and other variable environmental conditions based on location.

What you will bring:
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience or Bachelor's Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) of Science degree.
  • We prioritize practical experience and relevant skills. Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply.
  • 2+ years of solution selling experience.
  • DL NUMBER - Driver License, Valid and in State Must possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations included, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless/Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years. within 1 Year Required
