Position OverviewAs a Digital Product Manager Lead within PNC's MarTech organization, you will be based in a Marketing Hub location.
Position Overview:
PNC is seeking a Digital Product Manager Lead to guide multiple Agile teams responsible for delivering and enhancing customer-facing experiences on the pnc.com website.
Working closely with the Product Owner, this role will translate strategic direction, customer needs, and business objectives into product roadmaps, prioritized backlogs, and measurable digital capabilities. The Digital Product Manager Lead will coordinate delivery across product, technology, design, content, analytics, marketing, risk, and line-of-business partners.
The ideal candidate combines strong digital product management experience with the ability to lead complex, cross-team delivery in a large, regulated organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with the Product Owner to translate PNC.com strategic direction into actionable product roadmaps, priorities, and delivery plans.
• Lead product execution across multiple Agile teams, aligning backlogs, milestones, dependencies, and release plans.
• Define epics, features, business requirements, acceptance criteria, and measurable success outcomes.
• Prioritize customer experience improvements, platform modernization, defects, technical debt, regulatory needs, and operational enhancements.
• Guide the delivery of accessible, mobile-first, customer-centered digital experiences.
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to balance customer value, speed, scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Work with analytics and optimization teams to measure performance, evaluate outcomes, and prioritize continuous improvements.
• Manage cross-team risks, dependencies, scope decisions, and stakeholder expectations.
• Support launch readiness, user acceptance testing, defect triage, documentation, training, deployment releases and post-launch monitoring.
• Provide product oversight for external vendors, aligning deliverables, timelines, dependencies, quality standards, and knowledge transfer with the Product Owner's strategic direction and PNC.com priorities.
Ideal Candidate will have:
• Significant experience in digital product management, product ownership, or customer-facing digital delivery.
• Demonstrated experience leading or coordinating multiple Agile teams.
• Experience developing product roadmaps and managing complex, interdependent backlogs.
• Strong understanding of Agile planning, refinement, acceptance criteria, release management, and incremental delivery.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with disciplined attention to detail, ensuring teams have clear requirements, priorities, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and executive communication skills.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed, or regulated organization.

Job Description- Executes digital strategy across business segments to optimize digital experience, leveraging design thinking and other best practices.
- Monitors the marketplace to assess digital experience trends and results in order to recommend new digital experiences or enhancements to existing experiences. Prioritizes and decisions recommendations. Supports business case development.
- Develops and designs the features of new or existing digital experiences to take advantage of an identified market need or opportunity. Manages the development, production, roll-out or promotion of digital experiences.
- Partners with key stakeholders including Product, Technology, MIS, Line of Business, Marketing and other internal service partners as well as external stakeholders to ensure all digital experiences meet their strategic goals. Participates in product-specific marketing initiatives. May participate in client facing activities. As part of the first line of defense, supports risk management, compliance, and audit needs.
- Supports business, financial, and customer experience results of digital experiences and effectively recommends modifications in experiences and/or marketing to improve results.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $91,000.00 - $202,800.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education.
