Qualifications & Skills: Required Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, digital media, business, information systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience working in digital communications, email marketing, CRM strategy, or digital marketing. Experience leading CRM and/or AMS strategy within a membership, nonprofit, healthcare, or similar organization. Experience leading email marketing and marketing automation initiatives. Preferred Master's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Salesforce Administrator or Marketing Cloud certifications. Experience working within a membership association or nonprofit organization. Experience with Salesforce CRM and enterprise system integrations. Training or certification in artificial intelligence, digital analytics, project management, or marketing automation. Duties & Responsibilities: Digital Communication Strategy • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital communications strategy aligned with organizational goals. • Establish standards and best practices for digital communications across departments. Email Marketing and Marketing Automation • Lead the organization's email marketing strategy, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and campaign optimization. • Develop automated communication journeys that support membership, advocacy, education, events, and other initiatives. AI and Digital Innovation • Identify and implement AI solutions that improve productivity, communications, and operational workflows. • Further develop organizational best practices and governance for responsible AI usage. Website Strategy and Digital Experience • Lead the strategic direction of the association's public websites, microsites, and digital properties to ensure they support organizational goals and deliver an exceptional user experience. • Oversee website architecture, navigation, and user experience (UX) to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement.
