Senior Associates play an integral client-facing project or work-stream leadership role. While activities vary based on project size/scope and individual skill-sets and strengths, the Sr. Associate can expect to spend their time with a heavy focus on material client interaction through all projects, project management, intensive data-analysis and the identification for the 3o-what2s4 therein, and to creating compelling client-ready presentations. Additionally, the Sr. Associate will focus on developing Analysts and Coachees. Qualifications: - Minimum 2 65 years of hands-on Workday Integration development experience, utilizing at least two of the following technologies: - Web Services (REST and/or SOAP), XML, XSLT, Workday Studio/Orchestrate, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect - Experience contributing to the delivery of multiple Workday HCM and/or Financials implementations, supporting at least two project phases - Strong understanding of integration design principles and data flows between Workday and external systems - Bachelors degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience - Willingness to travel up to 50% Preferred Skills & Experience: - Workday Integration and/or Studio certification - Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to produce clear technical documentation, including design and configuration details - Experience supporting testing activities, troubleshooting integration issues, and implementing enhancements - Ability to balance work across multiple projects of varying size and complexity - Strong analytical skills to translate business requirements into technical solutions - Familiarity with development and productivity tools such as Notepad++, UltraEdit, Oxygen XML, AQT, Beyond Compare, ASAP Utilities, or similar tools - Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team knowledge sharing Position Level Senior Associate Country United States of America
