Key Responsibilities:- Extensive hands-on full-cycle implementation experience of Grants Management in Oracle Cloud to support post-award research administration.
- Lead workshops with business stakeholders to translate requirements into future-state designs.
- Execute or oversee the execution of configuration, testing, and training/end-user support.
- Partner with technical teams to guide design and testing of conversions, integrations, reports, and Oracle AI solutions.
- Define standards, templates, and best practices for ERP implementations.
Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of Oracle Cloud experience, including Awards, Project Financial Management, Project Costs, Contracts, Customers, and Receivables.
- Expertise in post-award research administration, preferably in higher education.
- Experience configuring, implementing and troubleshooting Oracle Project Management (PM) Cloud.
- Ability to solve complex problems creatively with strong critical thinking.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with a functional or technical acumen and hands-on expertise with cloud-based enterprise solutions.
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed to quickly establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
- The ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project management and technical dimensions.
- Oracle certifications are a plus.
- Oracle VBS and AI Agent Studio experience is a plus.
- Oracle Labor Distribution experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to contribute on multiple projects of differing scale and duration.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams.
The estimated base salary range for this job is $145,000 - 170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $166,750 - $212,500. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron's benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
