Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years of consulting experience with cloud implementations in Time & Labor and Absence modules
• Comprehensive project implementation experience in Cloud ERP, EPM, CRM or Data Management solutions
• Strong oral and written communication skills, capable of building trust-based relationships
• Experience in coaching and developing junior team members
• Ability to provide industry insights and identify client value creation opportunities
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements
