As the Digital Commerce & Marketing Manager, you'll collaborate closely with brand marketing to redefine customer engagement strategies across the digital landscape.   • Digital Commerce Strategy: Lead eCommerce, social commerce, and shoppable media efforts to drive shopper conversion

WHAT WE'RE SEEKING:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology or related field and 5+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce / Digital Marketing, or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
  • Leadership Experience: 2+ years of demonstrated experience in team management/development or project leadership.
  • Strategic problem solver with leadership experience in driving team solutions.
  • Expertise in eCommerce & digital marketing (SEO, Content, Social, Web, API).
  • Strong financial acumen, with knowledge of profit drivers and revenue analysis.
  • Technical proficiency in system optimization and IT solutions (PIM, DAM, CRM, CMS).
  • Excellent communicator, fostering collaboration in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
