Your JobPhillips Medisize, LLC is seeking a Digital Business Partner Director to join our team in Hudson, WI. In this role, you will own the division's digital strategy, portfolio, and investment roadmap. You will serve as the senior Digital leader on the MPS leadership team, helping the business identify priorities, allocate investments, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
You will lead a team of Digital Business Partners and act as the primary connection between MPS and the broader Digital organization. You are accountable for ensuring digital investments support division goals, deliver business value, and align with enterprise standards.
Success in this role is measured by business results, including growth, productivity, quality, cost, and speed to market.
What You Will Do- Define and lead the Medical and Pharma Solutions (MPS) digital strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities to support division objectives and create long-term business value.
- Serve as the senior Digital leader on the MPS leadership team, influencing business strategy, investment decisions, and the adoption of digital capabilities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology, data, automation, and artificial intelligence to improve growth, productivity, quality, cost, and speed to market.
- Own the MPS digital portfolio, including prioritization, funding, sequencing, governance, and value realization of digital investments.
- Build trusted partnerships with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into actionable digital plans and technology-enabled solutions.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of Digital Business Partners while building organizational capability and succession strength to meet evolving business needs.
- Collaborate with product, program, and delivery teams to successfully implement digital initiatives and achieve desired business outcomes.
- Promote data-driven decision making, operational excellence, and accountability for realizing the value of digital investments across the division.
- Ensure digital initiatives align with enterprise standards and comply with cybersecurity, regulatory, governance, and risk management requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance, service health, risks, and dependencies, providing recommendations and updates to division and enterprise leadership.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, engineering, operations or supply chain.
- 10+ years of experience leading business-facing digital, technology, or transformation organizations with accountability for strategy, investments, and business outcomes.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams (directly or indirectly) of experienced professionals.
- Experience with ownership of a business-facing digital or technology portfolio, including investment prioritization, budgeting, business-case evaluation, and measurement of business value.
- Experience presenting and influencing on strategic recommendations, investment options, and tradeoffs to executive or senior leadership teams.
- Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
What Will Put You Ahead- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or supply chain organizations.
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution systems (MES), product lifecycle management (PLM), quality, or supply chain platforms.
- Experience leading analytics, automation, data, or AI initiatives.
- Experience in strategy, consulting, transformation, or business leadership roles.
- Experience building teams and developing organizational capabilities.
- Experience working across business and Digital organizations in a global organization.
