Compensation: $100,000 - $129,820 per year + $5,000 sign on bonus
A Day in the LifeNo two days are exactly alike. You might collaborate with campus leadership, mentor a faculty member, review curriculum, teach a lab, or meet with a student. As Program Director, you'll lead the people, education, and operations that keep the program moving forward.
You'll Have the Opportunity To:- Lead and mentor faculty, including the Clinical Director and instructional staff.
- Guide curriculum and educational standards.
- Support student success and retention.
- Manage departmental budgets and program growth.
- Teach DMS courses or labs as needed.
- Ensure institutional, regulatory, and accrediting compliance.

Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution recognized by USDE or CHEA.
- Graduation from an accredited Sonography program.
- Active RDMS credential through ARDMS.
- At least two active registries: Abdomen (AB), Vascular Technology (RVT/VS), and/or Obstetrics & Gynecology (OB/GYN).
- At least three years of full-time clinical experience as a registered Sonographer.
- Active Colorado state licensure or credentials as required.
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and Microsoft Office skills.
