Position Description: The DevOps Engineer is an engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and monitoring solutions that improve software delivery and operational efficiency. This role applies knowledge of containerization, orchestration, infrastructure as code, and deployment strategies to build reliable and scalable DevOps capabilities. The DevOps Engineer collaborates with development and operations teams to streamline delivery processes and support system reliability.
This position is located in our Lafayette, Louisiana office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable.
Your future duties and responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows; Develop and support infrastructure as code templates, scripts, and deployment processes; Implement deployment strategies and automate operational and release management tasks; Support containerization and orchestration platforms within development and production environments; Monitor systems, applications, and delivery pipelines to improve reliability and performance; Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting build, deployment, and operational workflows; Collaborate with development, platform, cloud, and operations teams to streamline delivery processes; Ensure compliance with security, documentation, and operational standards

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent relevant experience if permitted by contract; experience in DevOps engineering, software engineering, systems engineering, or a related technical field; Experience with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks, and infrastructure as code practices; Familiarity with containerization, orchestration, monitoring, and deployment strategies; Understanding of system reliability, operational support, and release management concepts; Strong troubleshooting, collaboration, and communication skills

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $90,700.00 $198,400.00.
