Responsibilities
Your Contribution
Design, develop, implement, manage, monitor, and support the company's Terminal Operating System. The system is used to run our cargo ports and is currently deployed in a small group of facilities. Plans are to expand its footprint to over 90 facilities. This is a high visibility role and the successful candidate will have significant opportunities for career advancement.
Gather system requirements from end users and document for implementation.
Post-production deployment, troubleshoot software and network-related issues.
Participate in the Software Change Management Process.
Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 Support for operational issues with the given application
Stay apprised of software development trends, recommend improvements to our DevOps process where appropriate.
Willingness to travel to other sites as needed (~10%).
