Valiant is seeking skilled individual to work as an
Instructional Designer to help with records management.
Responsibilities: - Provide support within the technical operations area
- Provide training on technical content
Required Qualifications: - An active Top Secret/SCI w/Poly clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or Instructional Technology or Adult Learning or Curriculum Design or 5 years of equivalent documented experience
- 3+ years of experience using current learning models, research and theories to address learning problems and solutions
- 3+ pears of experience in face-to-face, online, and blended learning design and development
- 3+ years of experience with educational technologies and application in supporting synchronous, asynchronous, and self-service teaching and learning
- 5+ years adult learning and course development experience
- 2+ years of Intelligence Community experience
- 3+ years of experience with IC designing operational/scenario based courses
Desired Qualifications: - Advanced degree in an education-related field
- 2+ years of experience in public speaking of presentations
