Missions/Main Duties
  • Work closely with the project teams leads to develop and maintain detailed project schedule, including milestones and deliverables.
  • Ensure project schedule aligns with the master/overall project schedule milestones and baseline
  • Drive corrective actions to proactively mitigate project risks and ensure adherence to planned schedules.
  • Assess and monitor potential threats to project timelines, such as resource availability, and external dependencies, etc.
  • Partner with the project team to define mitigation strategies, contingency measures, and schedule alternatives that reduce risk exposure and safeguard timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with different stakeholders to align schedules, resolve conflicts, and maintain an accurate and comprehensive project schedule.
  • Provide regular updates to the project management team on the project's progress, schedule changes, and potential impacts.
  • Generate schedule reports, including milestone reports, progress reports, and variance analysis, to keep all stakeholders informed about project timelines and performance.
  • Utilize scheduling software (Primavera P6 v26) to manage project schedules.
  • Conduct resource planning and allocation.
  • Support and implement change management processes.
  • Facilitate project meetings and communicate schedule changes.
Profile/Skills

Education : Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferredYears of experience : 10 to 15 years experience in a similar role, working on major infrastructure projects. Technical skills :

  • Experience across railway systems design and development phases, including coordination with lead system disciplines.
  • Primavera P6 experience is required
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills, both in French and in English*
