Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Understanding of project engineering practices and principles.
• Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Superior time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and presentations.
• Advanced CAD skills (Siemens NX or Catia preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct technical work for product design and development.
• Lead project initiation and implementation for new product applications.
• Monitor and control project costs, quality, and timing.
• Translate technical direction into actionable plans and lead development activities.
• Coordinate development work among internal and external resources.
• Research and recommend improvements for products, processes, and technologies.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives and address obstacles as they arise.
