You'll work with clinical and administrative staff who share a commitment to a welcoming, patient-centered experience.

What you'll do
  • Evaluate, diagnose and treat patients with a range of dermatologic concerns
  • Develop treatment plans and provide clear education and follow-up guidance
  • Consult with the supervising physician when clinically appropriate
  • Partner with clinical and administrative staff to support smooth daily operations
  • Help improve workflows and establish a consistently positive patient experience
  • Build relationships with patients and support the location's growth in the community

  • Current or eligible North Carolina licensure as an NP or PA, as applicable
  • Strong clinical judgment and comfort providing care
  • A collaborative approach and clear communication with patients and colleagues
  • Initiative, adaptability and interest in helping a growing location succeed

Benefits
  • Competitive base salary plus production-based compensation
  • Medical and dental coverage
