Summary of Role:This role owns the execution of complex semiconductor technology programs from planning through delivery, serving as the central point of accountability across internal teams, customers, vendors, and technical stakeholders.
Essential Responsibilities:- Full project execution ownership and go-to person for all internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and execute the project plan for the enablement of new technologies and/or technology transfers.
- Analyze data and monitor programs to ensure adherence to contract scope of work, cost, schedule, and technical specifications.
- Drive project team members and contributors to meet critical milestones and customer commitments.
- Document, track, and drive closure of meeting minutes, action items, and follow-ups.
- Proactively identify key risks to the program and define mitigation actions.
- Track and report progress to key stakeholders (including external customers).
- Travel as needed for customer requests, workshops, project reviews, and staff meetings.
Other Responsibilities: - Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications:- Master's or bachelor's degree in a technical field.
- 6+ years' experience in semiconductor industry
- Prior experience or formal training in project, program, or product management.
- Highly reliable and execution-focused, with disciplined follow-through on emails, action items, commitments, and details of every size.
- Strong interpersonal skills - influence without authority
- Excellent communication (written and oral) skills - confidence in leading calls with various execs, technical experts, and/or vendors and customers.
- Detail-oriented - can identify what's missing in planning and execution.
- Resourceful - solves non-routine issues.
- Personal and professional drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Ability to distill complex issues and information into simple narratives.
Preferred Qualifications:- 5+ years in program management in semiconductor industry
- Strong technical background with knowledge of semiconductor device physics and processes.
- Proficiency in Mandarin.
- PhD in technical field.
- Have a record of successfully delivering high-profile, complex technical projects against tight deadlines.
- Experience leading initiatives, onboarding, and mentoring other peers.
