The Global Sustainment team in King of Prussia, PA is looking for an experienced professional to support the Logistics, Sustainment, and Field Technical Support effort for fielded systems assigned to programs within the Strategic Spectrum Solutions portfolio. This portfolio provides rapid fielding systems and critical mission capabilities to the warfighter which requires the ability to shift priorities as necessary for successful results. The selected candidate would be part of the Global Sustainment team that provides Integrated Logistics Support to our customers. This support includes hardware, software, and field maintenance efforts to enhance lifecycle sustainment activities of existing fielded systems. The selected candidate will also be responsible for driving system support for depot and field level operations, while working closely with various functional groups to meet customer commitments and program growth objectives.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Interface with program Logistics Manager on prioritization, forecasting, and execution of hardware maintenance activities.
• Performing depot-level hardware troubleshooting and repairs on systems located on-site and in deployed environments to meet customer commitments.
• Ensuring efficient process flow throughout the hardware repair, shipment, and delivery processes.
• Performing preventive and corrective hardware maintenance procedures to ensure system availability.
• Ensuring spare hardware and repair parts are configured and serviceable per system requirements.
• Executing annual property inventories and reconciliation of repair parts/tools.
• Procurement and management of bench stock levels at each deployed location.

Position is full time in the King of Prussia, PA facility. The candidate must be willing to relocate if not in this area. The candidate will be required to be in the facility when not on travel. However, there is flexibility on occasion to work from home with pre-coordination from the manager.

Basic Qualifications

Must have a Top Secret Clearance prior to start.

Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) elements.

Must be able to travel as needed, travel varies from 10% to 25% depending on priorities and deliveries.

  • Experience maintaining complex military systems.
  • Ability to analyze and decipher wiring diagrams and schematics.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot, isolate, and repair systems utilizing technical data.
  • Familiarity with depot and field level maintenance procedures and repair methods.
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Management, production controls, and production planning.
  • Experience documenting maintenance faults and corrective actions in a maintenance information system.
  • Monitor system obsolescence reporting and track high-priority items to end-of-life.


Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

The salary range for this position is as listed on the requisition. Please note that the salary information listed is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market(work location) and business considerations when extending an offer.

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
